1. ACCESS and admission:
Camping Cambrils Caban is a private area and access is reserved for those who have previously registered at reception. The Campsite reserves the right of admission and will cancel the contract or prohibit entry and permanence in case of not respecting the basic and normal rules of coexistence and/or security and in case of disturbing the peace of other clients. Nor will those clients or people who have previously breached the conditions and/or internal regulations be able to access.
For safety reasons, the identification bracelet must be worn visibly on the wrist at all times. At any time, the Campsite will be able to verify the validity of the stay and the identity of the people who are in the enclosure. The use of identification bracelets is also mandatory for visits and to access the restaurant.
The holder of the contract of the stay will be responsible for his actions as well as the acts of the companions registered in the stay that he has contracted. The presence of minors under 18 years of age in the facilities must always be under the guardianship of a person of legal age who is responsible for their safety, as well as for any damage they may cause during their stay.
2. VISITS AND ACCESS TO THE RESTAURANT:
If the capacity allows it, visits of family members or friends of clients are allowed. Visitors will leave an official identity document at reception, they will pay the corresponding rate in case of visits of more than 30 minutes and upon departure they must collect their document. Visitors may use the services and facilities of the campsite between 8:00 and 23:30. For security reasons, visitors are not allowed to enter accommodation or pitches if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.
If the maximum capacity of the restaurant allows it, access to the restaurant is allowed after collecting the identification bracelet. Access to the restaurant does not give the right to use the facilities or services other than the restaurant and/or supermarket.
3. Pitches and accommodation “bungalows, apartments and glamping”:
Only camping elements can be installed on the plots and other street plots cannot be fully or partially occupied.
You cannot hang posters, decorate or delimit with fences or other elements. The pitches and exteriors of the accommodations must be maintained preserving order and security. The Campsite reserves the right to withdraw any element that does not comply with the regulations.
The outdoor use of terraces, porches and their furniture is only authorized for those who have contracted the accommodation. It is not allowed to set up tents or other elements around the accommodations.
4. Pets:
Dogs considered potentially dangerous are not allowed access to the enclosure.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in all pitches, as well as a maximum of one animal in the Nial and Balma Apartments, and one of a maximum of 10 kg in the Redós Bungalows.
All dogs must register during check-in, and bring the vaccination card and the document proving the implantation of the identification chip.
Dogs must be on a leash and must be controlled at all times (leaving them alone is not allowed) and they may not enter the restrooms, cafeteria, supermarket, inside the restaurant or pool area.
5. Garbage:
Help us to respect the environment by using the appropriate containers according to the type of waste located outside the campsite (rejection, plastic/packaging, glass and cardboard paper). To avoid odors and other problems, do not leave rubbish in pitches, outside the accommodation, streets or bins inside the campsite.
At reception and in the supermarket you will find containers for batteries. Ask staff for the location of the used cooking oil and ash container.
6. Vegetation and trees:
Please respect the vegetation, plants and trees. It is not allowed to install ropes or cables that could damage the trees.
7. Electricity:
The pitches have a single 6 A electricity outlet. The electrical installation must comply with current regulations, the electrical cables must have an earth connection and be properly insulated. In some pitches, long cables are necessary to avoid exterior splices. Splicing abroad is not authorized.
8. Water, fountains and chemical toilets:
Water is a valuable and limited resource and we must make rational use of it also during the holidays. The water will be used solely and exclusively for the needs of normal life in a Campsite.
They have at their disposal specific sinks for dishes and laundry. In the fountains or other water intakes it is not allowed to wash dishes, clothes, feet, animals or others or throw away food remains. They have at their disposal specific places to empty the chemical toilets and to empty and fill the water of the motorhomes.
It is not allowed to wash cars inside the campsite or water the streets or plants of the campsite. Outdoor showers and inflatable pools are not allowed.
9. HOURS OF REST AND NOISE
To avoid disturbing the neighbors, the volume of music devices and televisions should be moderate-low.
Rest hours are established from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and as quiet hours between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
10. Vehicles and bicycles:
The circulation of vehicles is allowed from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and the maximum speed in the entire enclosure is 10 km/h.
It is not allowed to park or park vehicles in unauthorized spaces.
The rate for pitches and accommodations includes a vehicle. Depending on availability, parking for a second car can be arranged.
As long as the capacity allows it, customers who have contracted a stay may use the parking lot at the entrance from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. at no additional cost.
Bicycles, scooters and the like must respect the same speed limit, and reckless racing or driving that could scare or harm other campers, facilities or gardening is not allowed. And they cannot circulate on the terrace of the bar, playground, sports court, sanitary blocks, swimming pool or playground.
The use of mini-bikes and quads is limited to enter or leave the premises, and it is prohibited to use them for internal movement or play. The circulation of any vehicle that bothers due to excessive noise will not be allowed.
In case of non-compliance, access and/or circulation will be denied, deregistering the registrations of the vehicles involved.
11. Barbecues:
It is forbidden to light fire on the ground. Normal safety measures must be respected when using barbecues (safety distances, weather conditions, etc.). The barbecue will be monitored at all times and measures will be taken to avoid inconvenience to the neighbors. You cannot make barbecues on top of the wooden platforms of the accommodations.
The camping barbecues must be left clean, in the same state that they were found and the ashes must be deposited in the appropriate container.
12. Children’s playground, sports court, petanque and sanitary blocks:
Games and sports will only take place in the areas designated for this purpose.
The hours of the sports court are from 10:00 to 21:30.
It is prohibited to use the buildings where the toilets, sinks, showers, sinks and other hygienic services are located as a playground.
In the sanitary blocks they must wear suitable footwear. The electrical energy of the sanitary blocks will only be used for cleaning purposes and music devices cannot be used.
The playground is for the exclusive use of children between 3 and 11 years old. The campsite declines all responsibility to parents/guardians in this and other areas of the campsite, as they are responsible for the safety of their children
13. Pools:
To prevent accidents, follow the instructions of the lifeguard.
Access to the pool area outside the established hours or in the event of a storm is not allowed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Umbrellas, hammocks, sun loungers, chairs, mats or inflatable pools, etc, may not enter the pool area. In case of reduced mobility, consult the lifeguard.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool and only swimwear can be used. The pool can not be accessed with footwear.
The use of the small pool is limited to children up to 5 years of age and in no case can it be used as a SPA.
For your safety and that of other users, it is not allowed:
- Between any glass or crystal element, in case the use of vision glasses is essential for you, the lifeguard will indicate the only possible way to do it safely through the use of rubber.
- Jump headfirst into the water. Throw yourself near other users. It is safest to use the access ramp or stairs.
- Use mats and other floating elements with the exception of floatation sleeves for children.
- Use balls or other objects except for activities directed by the entertainment staff.
- Access the enclosure with bicycles, scooters or similar.
- Eating or smoking in the pool area or drinking in the water.
- Access in case of infection or contagious disease.
- Running to avoid falls.
- Leave garbage, towels, clothes or other elements abandoned. Towels cannot be hung on the perimeter fence.
Any breach of the pool regulations or uncivil act that may disturb other users will be immediately expelled from the pool area.
14. Robin club and other entertainment activities:
In general, the activities organized by the campsite are free and freely accessible to all customers, but some are restricted for reasons of age.
At the campsite we do not have a childcare service and at all times there must be a parent or authorized adult who must be reachable at all times.
15. Insurance and RESPONSIBILITY:
Camping Cambrils Caban is not responsible for theft, loss or damage incurred during your stay at the campsite. Do not leave valuables in sight, in your absence close doors and windows of accommodation and vehicles. For greater security, you can rent safes located at the Reception.
The campsite will not be liable for damages that are not directly attributable to it. Meteorological phenomena (rain, wind, floods, etc.) or tree resin are not attributable to the campsite.
The campsite is not responsible for possible damage to vehicles unless they have been caused directly by campsite staff, nor for damages caused in the event of colliding with curbs, pitch balls, light turrets, litter bins, signs, lampposts or other elements as well as trees or branches even if they help them to maneuver.
The campsite has self-service washing machines and dryers. The user is responsible for any possible damage, fading or other defects that the garments may suffer.
16. Collaboration, improvements, suggestions and complaints:
We work with enthusiasm and illusion so that everything works and is in perfect condition. The campsite staff ensures that the facilities work correctly at all times. In the event of detecting any breakage or malfunction, do not hesitate to notify us at reception or by calling the support/surveillance telephone number depending on the time.
Every client has the obligation to preserve, care for and maintain all the facilities and accessories in perfect condition. Any damage or destruction caused must be repaid in full to the Camping.
Camping Cambrils Caban reserves the right to terminate the stay of those people who violate this regulation without prejudice, where appropriate, to their obligation to indemnify the Campsite for the damages caused, which must be reported and paid at the Reception.
We are at your disposal 24 hours a day, the reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and they have a support/monitoring telephone number 0034-661-826-743 that you can call when the reception is closed.
We like to serve and listen to all our clients in order to improve or offer new services; We encourage you to send us what you want in person or in writing on the suggestion sheets that you will find at the reception. Although we work so that it is not necessary, at reception they also have official claim forms.
