Is the campsite open all year?
The opening dates of the 2023 season are from March 24 to October 15.
Where is Camping La Corona located?
Camping Cambrils Caban is located in Cambrils, specifically in Vilafortuny beach. You can check the exact location on: Google Maps.

Do I have to wear a bracelet?
For reasons of security and internal organization, all campsite guests must wear an identification bracelet.
Can I go to the beach on foot?
Yes, the campsite is located just 500 meters from the beach.
Can I receive visitors?
If the capacity allows it, visits of family members or friends of clients are allowed. Visitors must give an official identification document at the reception desk, pay the corresponding fee for visits lasting more than 30 minutes, and pick up their identification document upon departure.
Can I enter the campsite to spend the day if I am not staying?
For security reasons, access to the facilities is not allowed to people who are not staying inside the Campsite.
Pets are allowed?
Pets are allowed paying the corresponding fee, up to a maximum of two pets in all piches, a maximum of one pet in the Nial and Balma Apartments, as well as a pet weighingless than 10 kg in the Redos Bungalows. Make sure that the contracted unit allows the entry of pets (dogs considered dangerous are not allowed in any case).
If I bring a pet, do I have to present any documentation?
All dogs must be registered at the time of check-in by presenting the up-to-date vaccination card and the document proving the implantation of the identification chip. Otherwise, your access to the campsite may be denied. Your stay.
Are there bus stops around?
Yes, the bus stops are approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
Is the Campsite water drinkable?
Yes, all the fountains and faucets in the campsite supply drinking water.
Do you have an ATM?
No, but approximately 600 meters you can find an ATM.
Are there recycling bins at the campsite?
You can drop off your garbage at the entrance of the campsite, where you will find banal, plastic, paper and glass containers.
What do I do if I need immediate assistance during my stay?
You can contact the reception by phone 0034 615 643 444 or 0034 977 351 030 from 08:00 to 22:00, or the Surveillance phone 0034 661 826 743 from 22:00 to 08:00.
Bookings and cancellations
How can I book?
You can make your reservation through our booking engine that you will find on our website www.campingcambrilscaban.com.

What amount must I pay at the time of making the reservation?
You must pay 40% of the total price of your stay to confirm the reservation.
When should I settle my stay?
The liquidation of the stay will be paid at the time of arrival.
What payment methods can I use?
You can make your reservation by credit card or by bank transfer. On the day of arrival, you can pay for your stay preferably by credit card or up to a maximum of 1,000 Euros in cash. Checks are not accepted.
Can I cancel my reservation for free?
The cancellation conditions are the following:
- If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the contracted arrival date, they will receive a full refund of the payment on account, discounting €25 for cancellation fees.
- If the cancellation occurs 15 to 30 days before the contracted arrival date, 50% of the paid reservation will be refunded, as long as 50% of it is equal to or greater than €25, in the event that is lower, no amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the contracted arrival date, no amount will be refunded.
Is there a minimum stay?
The Campsite establishes a minimum number of nights of stay according to the period and type of accommodation.
Are children and babies included in the maximum capacity of the accommodations?
The occupancy of the contracted units cannot be exceeded, including children. In pitches the maximum occupancy is 6 people and in the accommodation it depends on the model contracted.
Is there a timetable for access to the Camping?
They can access on foot 24 hours a day, however, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. internal circulation with vehicles is not allowed to respect the rest of the campers. If you arrive later than 24:00, you can park in the parking lot at the entrance if there are spaces available, and access on foot through the door located on the side of the reception.
Can I modify my reservation?
Only the holder of the reservation can make modifications and/or cancellations in writing to the email hola@campingcambrilscaban.com. Date modifications, type of contracted unit, occupants or extras will be subject to availability and the rate in force at the time of the modification will be applied.
I have already made my reservation online, what should I do now?
Once we process your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email so that you have the information in writing. You should not do anything else until you arrive at the campsite, where to check in, you must present the identity document of all the people staying, the vehicle registration, and pay the outstanding amount of your stay. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email from the Campsite and you can check in online if you wish, to speed up the check-in process when you arrive.
I have not received the confirmation email, what can I do?
After each reservation we send a confirmation email to all our clients, if you have not received it, check your spam folder. If the confirmation is not in your Spam folder, you can call 0034 977 351 030 or send an email to hola@campingcambrilscaban.com, and we will send it to you.
Can I request an invoice?
An invoice is issued for each reservation, which we will deliver once you have paid for your stay. If you would like an invoice in a different name or in the name of a company, please provide us with the information in advance, in order to speed up the process and avoid administrative formalities.
Is there any age limitation? Are youth groups allowed?
The reservation of accommodation in the name of a minor is not allowed. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
What additional fee or charge must I pay apart from the chosen accommodation or pitch?
The prices indicated by the Camping Cambrils Caban booking engine are net prices, i.e. they include value added tax (VAT). However, they do not include the tourist tax. The current tourist tax is 0.66 €/night with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights of stay, for all persons over 16 years of age.
How do I check-in?
A few days before the arrival date, you will receive an email with which you can check in online, if you wish, up to 24 hours before your arrival, recording the identity document data of all the people staying, the registration of the car, and paying the outstanding amount through our card payment platform. If you do not wish to fill out the online check-in form, you can do the same at the reception desk when you arrive at the campsite.
Bungalows
What is the maximum capacity of the accommodations?
The bungalows, mobile homes, apartments or glamping tents at Camping Cambrils Caban can accommodate from 3 to 5 people, including children and babies. You can check the maximum capacity in the description of each accommodation, which you will find on the web www.campingcambrilscaban.com
Do the Bungalows have sheets?
The Bungalows do not have sheets. The price of linen rental is 10 € per person for the entire stay and is subject to availability. In case of staying in a plot you cannot rent sheets. Towels cannot be rented.
In which Bungalows are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed paying the corresponding fee, a maximum of one pet in the Nial and Balma Apartments, as well as a pet of up to 10 kg in the Redos Bungalows. Make sure that the contracted unit allows the entry of pets (dogs considered dangerous are not allowed in any case). All dogs must be registered at the time of check-in by presenting the up-to-date vaccination card and the document proving the implantation of the identification chip. Otherwise, your access to the campsite may be denied. Your stay is subject to payment of the corresponding rate. Breed dogs classified as dangerous are not accepted.
Which units have air conditioning?
The air-conditioned accommodations are the Redos Wooden Bungalow, the Balma Apartment, the Nia Apartment, the Acovil Bungalow and the Pod Bungalow. The other accommodations have a fan (Glamping Cobricel and Glamping Rafal).
Do you have to pay a bond?
At the time of arrival, you must also pay a deposit of €80 on a card for each accommodation, as a guarantee against any damages that may be caused.
When and how will you return the deposit?
The payment and refund of the deposit of 80 € will be made on the same credit card (if applicable), between 1 and 7 calendar days after the departure date.
From what time can I enter the reserved accommodation?
The delivery time of the Bungalows is from 16:00.
If you arrive before that timetable, we will allow you to enter the campsite to enjoy the pool, the restaurant and the other services if you wish, and as soon as we have your accommodation available, we will call you so that you can come and get the key.
At what time should I leave the accommodation?
The departure time of the Bungalows is from 10:00. In low season, and as long as the occupation allows it, on the last contracted day, we allow departures from the accommodation until 6:00 p.m. (late check-out).
In medium or high season, after leaving the contracted unit free and if the maximum capacity allows it, they will be able to stay and enjoy the facilities and services, until 6:00 p.m. exit.
Do the Bungalows have parking?
All the Bungalows have an assigned parking space, upon arrival reception will inform you where it is located.
What measurements are the beds?
All double beds are 135 x 200, and single beds are 80 x 200.
Can you receive visitors in the Bungalows?
They can receive visits in the accommodations as long as they do not exceed the maximum number of total places in the accommodation. They must register the visit at reception and wear an identification bracelet during their stay at the campsite.
Is it possible to rent a cot or high chair?
Yes, you can rent the Baby Kit with a crib and a high chair, the fee is €5 per day.
How should I deliver the accommodation on the last day of the stay?
On the last day of your stay, you must return the key to reception at 10:00. The Bungalow must be clean and tidy, you must remove the food from the fridge and the garbage.
Is the cleaning service included in the price?
Cleaning is not included in the rate, however, you can hire cleaning service at the end of your stay for €30.
What happens if I break something?
They have to contact reception and report the damage. Reception will inform you of the fee to be paid for the damaged item.
Pitches
How many people can be registered in a pitch?
A maximum of 6 people, including children and babies, can be accommodated on a pitch.
Do I have to pay a deposit for the pitches?
The Camping reserves the right to request a deposit of €50 on a card as a guarantee for stays in plots. The payment and refund of the €50 deposit will be made to the same credit card (if applicable), between 1 and 5 calendar days after the departure date.
From what time can I enter the reserved pitch?
The delivery time of the pitches is from 13:00.
If you arrive before that timetable, we will allow you to enter the campsite to enjoy the pool, the restaurant and the other services if you wish, and as soon as we have your pitch available, we will call you so that you can occupy it.
Until what time can I set up my installation on the pitch?
To respect the rest of the campers, the maximum time to set up the installation of your pitch is 22:00.
What time should I leave the Pitch?
The departure time of the Pitches is from 12:00. In low season, and as long as the occupation allows it, on the last contracted day, we allow the departure of the pitches until 18:00 (late check-out).
In medium or high season, after leaving the contracted unit free and if the maximum capacity allows it, they will be able to stay and enjoy the facilities and services, until 6:00 p.m. exit.
Is there electricity in the pitches?
All the pitches of Camping Cambrils Caban have an electrical connection included in the price of 6 amps of power. The plug that we have at the campsite is a Schuko type plug, with protective contacts to earth in the form of tabs. Some light points are a bit far from the pitches, so we recommend that you bring a 25 meter extension cord. We have extension cords and adapters for rent in case you have forgotten yours.
Is there water in the pitches?
Only some pitches have a water connection, you should ask at reception upon arrival if you are interested.
Do the pitches include a parking space?
All Camping Cambrils Caban pitches include vehicle access, which must be parked in the assigned parking lot.
Are pets allowed in the pitches?
Pets are allowed in the pitches by paying the corresponding fee, up to a maximum of two pets in all the pitches. All dogs must be registered at the time of check-in by presenting the up-to-date vaccination card and the document proving the implantation of the identification chip. Otherwise, your access to the campsite may be denied. Breed dogs classified as dangerous are not accepted.
Can you rent a fridge?
The campsite has refrigerators under the rental counter that can be hired directly at the time of making the reservation, or when you arrive at the campsite. They must pay the corresponding amount depending on the number of days of their stay, as well as a deposit of €50 that we will return once the condition of the refrigerator has been verified.
Do the pitches have shade?
Camping Cambrils Caban preserves the trees and the Mediterranean vegetation of the area. The camping area is dominated by mulberry, pine and olive trees, however, despite the fact that there are many shaded pitches, we cannot guarantee a specific amount of shade on each pitch.
How big are the pitches?
The Comfort pitches have between 40 m2 and 65 m2, the Superior pitches from 65 m2 to 90 m2, and the Premium pitches from 90 m2 to 110 m2.
Can I hang awnings or ropes in the trees?
Out of respect for the environment and coexistence with others, it is totally prohibited to install awnings, shades, separation fences, modules or any other element for which prior authorization has not been obtained.
Services
Is there a laundry?
The campsite has a laundry with washers and dryers up to 9 kg available to customers. Laundry fees include soap and fabric softener.
How does the Wi-Fi work?
There is a Free Wifi area around the pool, where you will have a free connection of 30 minutes every 5 hours for each device. You can also buy cards to be connected 24 hours in your accommodation, at the reception we will inform you of the rates.
Can I rent bikes?
Cambrils has 25 km of bike lanes, of which 9 km run along the promenade by the sea, and at Camping Cambrils Caban we rent bicycles so that you can enjoy the ride from 1 hour to several days if you need it. Do not hesitate to request information about the routes and fares at the reception, you must also pay a deposit of €50 for each bicycle that we will return to you upon your return.
Is there activities and shows?
During the summer, the activity team organizes numerous activities, workshops, crafts, contests or competitions in our Robin Club to amuse children. We also organize Aquagym, Zumba, Pilates, toning or stretching sessions so that you stay in shape during your holidays, and, at night, several days a week, you will find various shows to liven up your evenings. All activities are included if you have a contracted stay.
Can I do barbecues?
The campsite has a barbecue area available to customers, and we allow them to use their private barbecue in the bungalows and pitches as long as they use it responsibly. It is forbidden to light fire on the ground. Normal safety measures must be respected when using barbecues (safety distances, weather conditions, etc.). The barbecue will be monitored at all times and measures will be taken to avoid inconvenience to the neighbors. You cannot make barbecues on top of the wooden platforms of the accommodations.
The camping barbecues must be left clean, in the same state that they were found and the ashes must be deposited in the appropriate container.
Is there a supermarket?
Camping Cambrils Caban has a supermarket located right in front of the campsite reception, open throughout the season and with a wide assortment of products to cover all your needs.
Can you buy Port Aventura tickets?
You can buy your tickets for Port Aventura and other attractions at the campsite reception, where we will advise you and help you find the best option based on your interests.
Can I go to the beach on foot?
Yes, the campsite is located just 300 meters from the beach.
Is there a pool?
Yes, at the campsite you will find 2 swimming pools, a small one for children under 5 years of age, and another larger one, supervised by the lifeguard
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, the campsite has a bar/restaurant located in the pool area.
Can I go to the restaurant if I am not staying at the campsite?
If the maximum capacity of the restaurant allows it, access to the restaurant is allowed after collecting the identification bracelet. Access to the restaurant does not give the right to use the facilities or services other than the restaurant and/or supermarket.
Does the campsite have toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have an adapted and fully equipped bathroom with WC, shower and toilet. If you need it, from Reception we will provide you with the access keys.
